I like having fun with people!
It's just love.
Not in a romantic way. It's just love in general.
In the romantic way that the world teaches us, there is something that you want to get for yourself. And I don't think that's what love is.
Love is selfless. Free. And creates no debt.
Love is giving, wanting everybody to feel good and be well.
Love is wanting to love people, because you already feel loved.
Indeed, the biggest obstacle to loving others is not feeling loved yourself.
So that's a losing game: everyone is waiting to be loved first before loving in return.
It's a dead-end.
But when you are first loved by God, you suddenly love others.
And you're not seeking any love back from them.
Because you already feel loved.
And this love that you give, this ability to love that you have, is a pointer for them towards this godly love that nourrishes you.
You become like a walking banner saying: this source of love is equally available to you!
Beautiful.
I could stop this article there but you might wonder:
Then what happens if 2 people, filled up by this same source, interact?!
Oh boy.
They're both loving eachother with the love that overflows from them. And it creates like a 'resonance'.
Best word to describe that is: celebration.
You celebrate life in a fraternal way.
In a loving way.
"We love because he first loved us." 1 John 4:19
"the Father comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
"Moses did not know that the skin of his face had become radiant while he spoke with the Lord." Exodus 34:29
