January 2023 THERE'S NOTHING TO CHASE BECAUSE THERE'S NOWHERE TO GET. NOW IS ALWAYS THE WELCOMING RECEIVER OF YOUR INSPIRED ACTIONS. MEANING THE ACTIONS THAT EXCITE YOU. IF YOU TAKE THEM, IT GIVES YOU THE ONLY FEELING YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. THAT'S WHY YOU'RE KINDA RIGHT WHEN FEELING THAT THERE'S SOMETHING "WRONG" OR "MISSING". BUT IT IS CERTAINLY NOT A "THING" TO GET IN A FUTURE POINT IN TIME. IT IS SOMETHING TO DO IN THE ETERNAL NOW. BE IT MAKING YOURSELF A HOT CHOCOLATE. OR PAUSING SOMEWHERE WITHOUT YOUR PHONE. YOUR BODY/HEART ALWAYS KNOWS THE WAY TO BETTER EMOTIONS. BUT YOUR THINKING MIND DOESN'T LET YOU DO IT. ONCE IN A GOOD EMOTIONAL STATE, MORE "SIGNIFICANT" ACTIONS WILL BE INSPIRED TO YOU, USUALLY "CREATIVE" ONES. YOUR ENTHUSIASM TOWARDS THEM WILL TAKE "POSSESSION" OF YOU AND IT'LL FEEL LIKE THOSE ACTIONS "WANTED" TO BE DONE. AND THAT YOU JUST "OBEYED". THOSE ACTIONS ARE CALLS FROM THE HEART, THE UNIVERSE. DOING THEM FILLS YOU UP WITH SO MUCH JOY THAT YOU WON'T CHASE ANYTHING ANYMORE. YOU CAN FEEL IT IN YOUR BONES THAT NO AMOUNT OF "GOTTEN" THINGS WILL EVER COMPARE TO THIS FEELING OF DOING NOW WHAT YOUR ENTHUSIASM TELLS YOU TO DO. --- There's nothing to chase because there's nowhere to get. Now is always the welcoming receiver of your inspired actions. Meaning the actions that excite you. If you take them, it gives you the only feelig you are looking for. That's why your kinda right when feeling that "there's something wrong" or "missing". But it is certainly not a thing to get in a future point in time. It is something to do in the eternal Now. Be it making yourself a hot chocolate. Or pausing somewhere without your phone. Your body/heart always knows the way to better emotions. But your thinking mind doesn't let you do it. Once in a good emotional state, more "significant" actions will be inspired to you. Usually "creative" ones. Your enthusiasm towards them will take "possession" of you and it'll feel like those actions "wanted" to be done. And that you just "obeyed". Those actions are calls from the heart, the Universe. Doing them fills you up with so much joy that you won't chase anything anymore. You can feel it in your bones that no amount of "gotten" things will ever compare to this feeling of doing now what your enthusiasm tells you to do.
